2. When You Need to Be Located

   In the event of an emergency, it is important that Milton’s emergency services find your residence quickly. Precious minutes are often used attempting to locate a house that doesn’t have house numbers clearly displayed or visible from the street.

   Our Signs

   Our signs are 6” x 18” and are made from a thick gauge aluminum. The signs will not rust and are not easily bent. Both the background and numbers are made from a reflective vinyl.

   Placement

   It is preferred that green reflective signs be mounted on the same side of the street as your home. You may hang reflective signs on your mailbox, home, large trees, etc. Signs cannot be mounted to telephone poles. Signs should be placed as close to the driveway as possible, and they should be visible from both directions of travel.

   To Order

   1. Fill out the order form and indicate which option sign you would like.
   2. Upon submittal, you will be brought to the Online Payments page. When there, select Rescue, and enter a fee of $15.00 per sign.
   3. Your signs will be available for pickup from the Milton Rescue Station within one week after your order is submitted.
